How do I change my name and email address on the Tenor platform?

To change your name on the Tenor platform, log in and go to the User Profile page. Just use the provided form fields to change your name, hit Save, and you're done.

Unfortunately, we don't yet support changing your email address by yourself. We know that's annoying - we're sorry! If you need to change your email address, reach out to CSM Ashley Alderman (Ashley@tenorhq.com) and we can help you out.
