Sample Initial Rollout Email

We wrote some general tips on introducing Tenor at your company, but we know sometimes that a sample template is the best way to get started.

Here's a sample email that you can send to your team to get them onboard with Tenor:

We're excited to introduce Tenor, a new platform for leadership and communication training. Tenor lets you practice hard conversations - from feedback to performance reviews to terminations - with realistic voice AI characters, and get instant feedback. It's private and judgment-free: nobody else will ever hear your conversation, including us.

Here’s how to get started:

• Watch for an Invitation: You'll receive an email invitation to join Tenor soon. Please promptly set up your account.
• First Login: After setting up your account, take 5 minutes to try your first practice session. Make sure to use headphones and speak clearly for best results.
• Regular Practice: We encourage you to use Tenor regularly — aiming for at least one practice session per week. It's especially great when you have a real conversation coming up and need help prepping for it.
