How to customize scenario visibility
To control which scenarios are available to your workspace, follow these steps:
- Go to the Admin Dashboard.
- Click Manage Library in the left sidebar.
For uncategorized scenarios:
- Find the scenario you want to hide.
- Click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the scenario.
- Select Hide Scenario.

For categorized scenarios:
- Navigate to the Admin tab and click on Manage Library.
- You'll see all your scenario categories listed. Click the eye icon next to any category to choose a visibility level:
◦ Visible to All — Available to everyone.
◦ Limited Visibility — Filtered by job title, user groups, user roles, or activity.
◦ Hidden for All — Hidden from everyone unless manually unhidden.

In the Manage Library tab, you'll see all your categories listed. You have two options:
- Hide an entire category: Click the eye icon next to a category name to hide it. All scenarios within that category will no longer be accessible to your workspace.
- Hide individual scenarios within a category: Click the dropdown arrow on the left side of a category name to expand it and see all the scenarios inside. From there, you can toggle individual scenarios on or off, giving you more granular control over what your employees have access to.
How to Automatically Hide New Tenor-Created Scenarios
If you’d like to review new Tenor-created roleplay scenarios before they appear in your instance, you can enable a setting to hide them by default.
To hide new scenarios automatically:
- Go to the Admin Dashboard.
- Click on Organization Settings.

Scroll down and check the box labeled:
“Hide by default all new roleplay scenarios created by Tenor staff.”
- Click the green Save button in the top right corner.

⭐️ Once enabled, all new scenarios created by Tenor staff will remain hidden from your users until you choose to make them visible.
