How can I track my scenario progress?

To track your progress in Tenor, follow these steps:

1. Log In to Tenor

   Once you log in, navigate to the My Progress tab.

2. Explore Your Skills Heat Map

   Here, you’ll find a heat map that displays your current skill levels.

3. Review Your Leader Score

   Your Leader Score tracks your progress across key development categories, including:

   • Motivation & Empowerment
   • Conversation Management
   • Clear Communication
   • Active Listening
   • Emotional Intelligence
   • Resolution
     • These categories are assessed based on the scenarios you practice and are grouped into three buckets:
       • Strong (8-10)
       • Competent (4-7)
       • Needs Improvement (1-3)

4. Check Your Completed Conversations

   Additionally, you can see how many conversations you have completed to date.

By tracking your progress, you can identify areas for growth and celebrate your achievements!
