How to Customize and Assign Learning Paths

Creating tailored learning experiences for your team is simple with Tenor. Follow these steps to customize and assign learning paths efficiently:

1. Log into Tenor

  • Start by logging into your Tenor account.

2. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard

  • Once logged in, access the Admin Dashboard from the main menu ( you must have Admin access). This is where you can manage user settings and learning assignments.

3. Open the Users Tab

  • Click on the Users tab to view the list of all team members.

4. Select Users

  • To assign a learning path to all users, click the checkbox on the far left side of the table to select all. You can also choose specific individuals by selecting their respective checkboxes.

5. Click "Assign Learning Path"

  • Once you’ve selected the users, click the Assign Learning Path button. This will open the learning path options.

6. Choose or Customize a Learning Path

  • Choose from Tenor’s learning paths or customize your own learning path.

Final Steps

  • After selecting or customizing the learning path, confirm your choices to complete the assignment. Your users will receive notifications about their new learning path and can start engaging with the content.

📝 Tip: Regularly review and update learning paths to keep the content relevant and engaging for your team.

Managing Your Learning Paths

Once you've created and assigned learning paths, you can manage them from the Learning Paths page. Navigate to Admin DashboardLearning Paths to see all the learning paths in your workspace. Click the three dots (⋮) next to any learning path to access the following options:

View Learning Path Analytics

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the learning path.
  2. Select Analytics.

This will open detailed analytics for that specific learning path, including a high-level overview, average Leader Score per scenario, individual user progress with completed scenarios and Leader Scores, and additional performance insights.


Edit a Learning Path

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the learning path.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. From here, you can:
    • Change the cover image
    • Update the title and description
    • Set or adjust the due date
    • Add more practices by scrolling down and clicking + Add a practice
    • Adjust Learning Path Settings, including Scenario Progression (Sequential, Any Order, or Score-Based), Visibility, and Monitored Learning Path
  4. Click Save when you're done.

Duplicate a Learning Path

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the learning path.
  2. Select Duplicate.
This will automatically create a copy of the learning path with the same name followed by (copy). You can then edit it using the steps above if needed.

Download a Report

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the learning path.
  2. Select Download Report.
A CSV file will automatically download to your device with data from that learning path.

Delete a Learning Path

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the learning path.
  2. Select Delete.

⚠️ Important: Deleting a learning path is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure the path is no longer in use before deleting it.
