How to deactivate or delete a user from a workspace

To deactivate or delete a user, you have to have Tenor Admin access and follow these steps:

  1. Log into Tenor and go to the Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Users tab.

  1. Find the user(s) you want to remove and check the box next to their name.
  • Administrators can either select all users or select multiple users to deactivate in bulk.

  1. Click Delete to deactivate the user from the workspace.


⚠️ Important: Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you've confirmed the right user before clicking Delete.
