Tenor, the company and platform, was founded in 2023 with a commitment to exceptional leadership development. We're an early-stage startup based in San Francisco, supported by top VC firms.

Our team is led by founder and CEO Charlie Stigler, a serial entrepreneur in the e-learning space for over 15 years. Charlie's expertise in the enterprise HR/L&D space was solidified in 2016, when his last startup was acquired by Workday to launch their Workday Learning product. He spent five years at Workday leading product teams and launching new products.
