Tenor, the company and platform, was founded in 2023 with a commitment to exceptional leadership development. We're an early-stage startup based in San Francisco, supported by top VC firms.

Our team is led by co-founders Charlie Stigler and James Cross. Both of them are ex-Workday, and joined Workday with the acquisition of their previous startups.
