Who can use Tenor?

Tenor enhances leadership and communication skills for any professional taking on a leadership role. Our platform is especially beneficial for people managers, project leads, or individual contributors (ICs) who rely on these skills in their roles.

Currently, our focus is on serving U.S.-based corporate clients. We typically collaborate with HR and L&D departments, but we can work with any group within your organization. At this time, we don't offer a self-service subscription option, focusing instead on tailored solutions for our corporate clients.

While our primary emphasis is on leadership training, Tenor also provides specialized training scenarios for Customer Support, Sales, and Recruiting roles. These are offered on a limited basis, complementing our core offerings focused on leadership development.
