Tenor Meetings extends coaching beyond simulated role-plays and into the real conversations your teams have every day. Compatible with the major online meeting platforms — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex — Tenor Meetings joins live virtual meetings to capture the conversation and deliver personalized coaching afterward.

How It Works

1. Connect your calendar

Sync your calendar so Tenor can automatically capture and transcribe your scheduled meetings. You can also invite coach@tenorhq.com directly to any calendar event.

Don't want to connect your calendar? No problem. You can also add a meeting on the fly by clicking Join live meeting and pasting the meeting link directly. Tenor supports links from Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

2. Tenor joins the meeting

When a meeting begins, the Tenor Coach joins the call and posts a consent message to let all participants know it's capturing the conversation. We also recommend users request oral consent from all participants at the beginning of each meeting.

3. Get coaching after the meeting

Once the meeting ends, participants receive:

A full conversation transcript including all participants
Post-meeting coaching and feedback tailored to what actually happened during the conversation
Actionable insights to improve future performance

4. Revisit and replay

After the meeting, users can revisit key moments and get contextual coaching from Tenor's AI coach. They can even replay the conversation as a roleplay practice with a Tenor AI character, giving them a second chance to refine their approach before the next important conversation.
