How to Export User and Group Data
The Users page in the Admin dashboard gives you a complete view of your team's activity, progress, and performance. You can export user data as a CSV, view detailed individual profiles, and review group-level analytics — all in one place.
To get there, go to Admin > Users.
📑 Exporting User Data
From the Users tab, click the Export button in the top-right corner. A CSV file will download to your computer with a full breakdown of each user, including:
- User ID
- Email address
- Full name
- Job title
- Join date
- Last activity
- Coaching sessions completed
- Conversations completed
- Leader score
- Scorecard completion status
- Learning paths assigned and completed
- Groups they're in
This is a quick way to pull a snapshot of your team's data for reporting or analysis.

👤 Viewing Individual User Details
Click on any user's name to open their profile. At the top, you'll see a summary with their job title, completed conversations, coaching sessions, last activity, leader score, current learning paths, and join date.
Below that, you can explore five tabs:
- Overview — A high-level look at how the user is doing, including coaching insights (top strengths and improvement areas), a chart of practices completed over time, and a skills breakdown across areas like Clarity, Conversational Focus, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Goal Attainment, and Problem Solving.
- Scenarios — The scenarios the user has practiced, with practice count and leader score for each. Note: scenarios practiced outside of a learning path are private and won't appear here.
- Learning Paths — The learning paths the user is currently assigned to, along with the due date, average leader score, and how many scenarios they've completed out of the total.
- Scorecards — The scorecards that apply to the user and how they're performing against them.
- Conversation History — A record of every conversation's feedback the user has practiced, including when it took place and the leader score they received.
👥 Viewing Group Data
To view groups, go to Admin > Users and select the Groups tab. You'll see a list of all your groups with:
- Group name
- Number of users
- Manager(s)
- Created date
Each group has an Analytics button. Click it to open the group's analytics dashboard.

📈 Group Analytics
The group analytics dashboard gives you an overview of how the group is performing as a whole. At the top, you'll see summary cards for:
- Total users in the group
- Average leader score
- Percentage who have completed the current learning path
Below that, you'll find:
- Practices Completed Over Time — A chart showing practice activity trends.
- Skills Breakdown — Average scores across skill areas for the group.
- Top Users — The highest-performing members in the group, ranked by leader score.
You can filter all of this data by time period using the date dropdown in the top-right corner.
Just like with individual users, the group analytics page also includes tabs for Scenarios, Learning Paths, Scorecards, and Conversation History, giving you the same depth of insight at the group level.
