How to Manage Feature Availability
The Feature Availability page lets you control which Tenor features are accessible to people in your organization. You can show, limit, or hide specific features depending on how you want your team to use the platform.
To get there, go to Admin > Configuration > Feature Availability.
Features You Can Control
You'll see a list of features, each with a short description and a visibility setting:
- Coach — Decide who has access to Coach in your organization.
- Meetings — Decide who has access to Meetings in your organization.
- Scenario Library — Decide who has access to the Scenario Library in your organization.
- Custom Scenarios — Let users create and customize their own practice scenarios.
Visibility Options
Each feature has a dropdown with three visibility levels:
- Visible To All — The feature is available to everyone in your organization.
- Limited Visibility — The feature is available only to selected users or groups.
- Hidden For All — The feature is completely hidden from everyone in your organization.
Click the dropdown next to any feature to change its visibility setting.
Saving Your Changes
After adjusting your settings, click the Save button in the top-right corner to apply your changes. Your updates will take effect immediately across your organization.
